Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow 4-6 business days for processing and handling before your item is shipped out. You will receive shipment and tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. During peak times and holidays, we may experience a slight delay.
All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
At this time, we are only able to provide the following services via Canada Post:
- Expedited / Lettermail Shipping within Canada
- UPS Regular within Canada
- UPS Regular within USA
Note: There is no tracking number for Lettermail Shipping, therefore we cannot be responsible for any lost packages shipped by this method.
Please note the approximate shipping times below:
- Expedited Shipping within Canada (With Tracking): 1-4 business days
- Lettermail Shipping within Canada (No Tracking): 2-5 business days
- Regular UPS within Canada & USA (With Tracking): 2-4 business days
*Please factor in possible delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.
*During holidays and peak times, shipping times may be longer.
Shipping Costs & Duty
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the best Canada Post and UPS rates.
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes and/or duties for orders to the USA. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer/recipient of the parcel.
At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders outside of the United States and Canada. Please email us at email@example.com for any international inquiries.
Returns & Exchanges
For damaged or defective products, you may return purchases within 7 days of receipt for refund, exchange or store credit. Any shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded, unless the item is damaged or defective. We are not responsible for lost returns.
For other issues and concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Should you require a cancellation of your order, please email us as within 24 hours of placing your order.
