Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow 4-6 business days for processing and handling before your item is shipped out. You will receive shipment and tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. During peak times and holidays, we may experience a slight delay.
All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
At this time, we are only able to provide the following services via Canada Post:
- Regular / Expedited / Lettermail Shipping within Canada
- Small Packet Air / Tracked Small Packet Air / Expedited Parcel within USA
Note: There is no tracking number for Lettermail Shipping, therefore we cannot be responsible for any lost packages shipped by this method.

- Standard Shipping within Canada (No Tracking): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping within Canada (With Tracking): 1-4 business days
- Lettermail Shipping within Canada (No Tracking): 2-5 business days
- Standard Shipping within USA (No Tracking): 5-8 business days
- Standard Shipping within USA (With Tracking): 5-8 business days
- Expedited within USA (With Tracking): 4-7 business days

Shipping Costs & Duty
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the best Canada Post rates.
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes and/or duties for orders to the USA. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer/recipient of the parcel.
At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders outside of the United States and Canada. Please email us at email@example.com for any international inquiries.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. You may return purchases within 7 days of receipt for refund, exchange or store credit. Any shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded, unless the item is damaged or defective. We are not responsible for lost returns.

All discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Should you require a cancellation of your order, please email us as within 24 hours of placing your order.
